Sponsorship Opportunities:

• PLATINUM EVENT SPONSOR — You will receive a reserved table for your organization with signage at the event, 8 tickets for entrance as well as 4 food and 4 beer/drink tickets.  Advertising received includes:  social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) advertising, Event Sponsor banner, name and logo on promotional event signage and advertisement on The Kingwood Oktoberfest website (with reciprocal company link).  Company advertisement in 6 church eBlasts with logo and name. Mention in press release and logo in up to two paid advertisements in one local and one regional Newspaper – $5,000.

• GOLD SPONSOR — You will receive an area yard sign with name and logo, 6 tickets for entry along with 3 food and 3 beer/drink tickets:  social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) advertising, name and logo on promotional event banner signage and The Kingwood Oktoberfest website advertising (with reciprocal company link).  Company advertisement in 5 church eBlasts with logo and name. Logo advertising in one local Newspaper – $2,500.

• SILVER SPONSOR — You will receive 4 tickets for entry along with 2 food and 2 beer/drink tickets: social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) advertising, name and logo on promotional event banner signage and The Kingwood Oktoberfest website advertising (with reciprocal company link). Company advertisement in 4 church eBlasts with logo and name. Logo advertising in one local Newspaper – $1,500.

• BRONZE SPONSOR– You will receive 2 tickets for entry along with 1 food and 1 beer/drink ticket, social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) advertising, name on promotional event banner signage and The Kingwood Oktoberfest website advertising (with reciprocal company link).  Company advertisement in 3 church eBlasts with logo and name. Name advertising in one local Newspaper – $500.

• FRIENDS OF THE FEST — You will receive 2 tickets for entry along with 1 food and 1 beer/drink ticket:  social media (Facebook) advertising, The Kingwood Oktoberfest website advertising (with reciprocal company link) as well as name and logo (if applicable) in 2 church eBlasts – $250.

• COMMUNITY SPONSOR – You will receive 2 tickets for entry along with 2 pretzels and your name in one church eBlast. $100

PAYMENT

Please make your sponsorship check payable to:  Holy Comforter Lutheran Church and note on the check – The Kingwood Oktoberfest and contact me for pick-up.  If you would rather pay by debit or credit card please go to: www.godeeperwithchrist.org/egiving and look for The Kingwood OKTOBERFEST line under the General Operating funds section.

Additionally, for sponsorships of $1,500 or greater, HCLC will provide space for a 10 x 10 pop-up tent you can provide and staff to generate leads for your business.

DEADLINE

In order to receive mention in the press releases and make print deadlines for signage, the sponsorship deadline is September 1, 2023.
