Last year we added a costume contest to make The Kingwood Oktoberfest even more festive! We were pleased that people showed up in Oktoberfest gear. This year The Kingwood Oktoberfest Costume Contest is at 3 p.m. We will have a contest for both kids and adults. Prizes provided by The Cove, Toys and Candy on the Park, and more! We will have an entry form coming soon or you can fill one out when you get to the event. DJ Rick will make an announcement around 3 p.m. calling for contestants. Holy Comforter Lutheran Church staff and council leaders will judge the contest this year.
